My kids opened the drum set at Christmas and it was broken to pieces. Because I ordered it November 26th, I was unable to return it. It was a bummer for Christmas.
After a night of playing Rock Band with the kids, the pedal broke in half (not uncommon if you do a google search). It was cheaper to get the whole drum kit than to buy a replacement.Works great. We love the game in our house.
